Plymouth Summer Sessions 2025
Music festival season is officially here.

It’s that time of year again! Plymouth Summer Sessions, the four-day music festival hosted by TK Maxx returned to Plymouth Hoe last weekend.
A variety of music acts took to the stage and multiple street food venders were on-site. The gentle sunshine and cool sea breeze put everyone in good spirits.
We can see how this event has made its way into the UK’s summer calendar! From indie rock to electro pop, the 2025 line-up was a hit. A heartwarming experience that brought the local community together.
On Sunday 15th June, the final night of the festival, the crowd went wild for headliners: Snow Patrol.
They opened with ‘Take Back the City’ and made their way through a set of global hits. The audience put all their energy into singing ‘Chasing Cars’ – an anthem which could be heard across the city.
It was a special birthday celebration for Snow Patrol frontman: Gary Lightbody, who was visibly moved by the crowd’s response. He stood smiling under thousands of raised hands and floating balloons.
There was a real sense of unity from the crowd; everyone being brought together by the power of music.
