Orientation & Enrolment

Your UK study adventure begins with Orientation Week. This is the perfect time to ask questions, meet other UPIC students, and settle into your new home. We’ll take you on a campus tour and help you with:

Checklist

  • Accommodation
  • Enrolment
  • Your student ID card and email account
  • Finance, health and immigration requirements, including medical and setting up a bank account
  • English culture and adapting to student life in the UK
  • Your timetable

Undergraduate and Postgraduate students will enrol at the College from Monday 12th January 2026.

Accommodation

There is a high demand for student accommodation in Plymouth, so we advise you to apply early. It’s essential you find a suitable place to live before you travel.

Enrolment

On the day of your registration, you will need the following documents:

• Your valid passport or National ID Card
• eVisa
• UK phone number (if applicable)
• UK Tenancy Agreement (your new address needs to be within a commutable distance from the College)
• Emergency contact details including email address and phone number

If you are missing any of the above documents, you will not be able to enrol onto your course.
