Orientation & Enrolment

Your UK study adventure kicks off with Orientation Week: five days of welcome activities that will give you time to settle in, meet other UPIC students, and ask us questions. During your first week, we will take you on a tour of Plymouth and the University of Plymouth campus, and help you with:

  • Finance, health and immigration requirements, including medical and police registration and setting up a bank account
  • Your student ID card and email account
  • Your timetable

We look forward to welcoming you on campus!

Undergraduate students will enrol at the College from Monday 9th – Friday 13th September 2024.

Postgraduate students will enrol at the College from Monday 16th – Friday 20th September 2024.

 

ENROLMENT

On the day of your registration, you will need the following documents:

• Your valid passport or National ID Card
• BRP (to be collected at the BRP office when you arrive in Plymouth)
• UK phone number (if applicable)
• UK Tenancy Agreement (your new address needs to be within a commutable distance from the College)
• Emergency contact details including email address and phone number

If you are missing any of the above documents, you will not be able to enrol onto your course.

ACCOMMODATION

There is a high demand for student accommodation in Plymouth, so we strongly advise you to apply early. It is essential you find a suitable place to live before arriving in the UK.
