Orientation & enrolment
Your UK study adventure begins with Orientation Week. This is the perfect time for you to ask questions, meet other UPIC students, and settle in to your new home. We will take you on a campus tour and help you with:

- Finance, health and immigration requirements, including medical and setting up a bank account
- English culture and adapting to student life in the UK
- Your timetable

We look forward to welcoming you on campus!
Undergraduate students will enrol at the College from Monday 8th – Friday 12th September 2025.
Postgraduate students will enrol at the College from Monday 15th – Friday 19th September 2025.
Accommodation
There is a high demand for student accommodation in Plymouth, so we advise you to apply early. It’s essential you find a suitable place to live before you travel.
Enrolment
On the day of your registration, you will need the following documents:
• Your valid passport or National ID Card
• eVisa
• UK phone number (if applicable)
• UK Tenancy Agreement (your new address needs to be within a commutable distance from the College)
• Emergency contact details including email address and phone number
If you are missing any of the above documents, you will not be able to enrol onto your course.
